This is a portrait of my father. It was the first time that I tried to light a person for a portrait but I had no lighting equipment. So I used an IKEA lamp. I was aiming for Rembrandt but I failed and came up with loop lighting instead. The color cast was terrible so B&W was the way to go. Yet, despite all these imperfections in technique I loved the expression of my father and this is one of my favorite photos. Shot on Nikon D5300 with Nikorr 55-200mm, iso 640, shutter 1/30, f/6,3, at 95mm.
