Needs some serious work. There is way too much hair which makes me think there is some funny business going on in post. And that obnoxious highlight on the tip of his nose clearly shows that he hasn't learned how to properly use Lightroom yet.

I think his expression could be better- this look on his face says “I’ll settle for any old subway sandwich as long as it’s $4.99”.
