A very nice quality black and white photo. As a street shot there's not much that can be done with the background but I'm thinking the background could be burned-in just enough to lessen the distractions of the white at the left, the white headphones, and the white vertical rectangle above the woman's head. And maybe some slight vignetting at the bottom and around the bottom right corner to direct interest quickly to the subjects. As is, the subjects are a bit lost due to the distracting background. [I just tried this on my computer and it turned out pretty good with just a quick burning in.
