This is a 15-second blue-hour photo of the United Grain mill on the Vancouver, Washington, waterfront, taken from Portland, Oregon, last July. Thick clouds had moved in blocking our sunset shots, but the remaining light was visible above them. The long exposure just brought it all together. It's just a simple, straight-forward blue-hour image with amazing light. ISO 100, F/8.
