This shot was taken in the early stages of the lockdown in Jerusalem Israel because of the COVID-19. This is a Special Police Motercycle enforcing the lockdown in the center of town on Jaffe Road. It was a rainy day just to add to the depressing atmosphere and a peak into what was coming.
