2.06 - "Needs Work" 

Blue-Green Algae form on Canandaigua Lake, New York.
Over the last decade, the toxic blooms have been forming on all of the Finger Lakes in New York state.
An increase in Corn production has over saturated the soil and groundwater with chemical fertalizer and pesticides that have promoted the growth of the Algae bloom.
