1.62 - "Needs Work"

I think the thing I love the most about Death Valley is how seemingly dead and desolate it appears when looking from the outside, but when you get up close and personal you can find the most amazing examples of beauty.

This image is one of a series from DVNP where the salt deposits had created these fuzzy like structures that were only really noticeable in the macro world, as they appear nothing more than than tiny dimples on the earth for out mere human perspectives.
