Three-light-setup with one big reflective umbrella from the front and two strip lights from the back, all gelled Flashes (Godox AD600 as key, and AD200/V860 as rim).
The neon ring was added in Photoshop to give motivation for the pink light. The shadows in the background were partially intentional - left one because one strip light cast a shadow on the background and I liked the line so I recreated it on the opposite side.

This setup is influenced by Jake Hicks and his use of color gels.
