This shot for social media and website was taken with the camera on tripod, 1/5 s, f 4,5 and combining the natural window light with a small continues led light very close to the bottle.

IMO adding some diffusion would have cleaned up the shadow and remove the hard specular highlights from the bottle and the glass.
Nice set-up. Though the focus seems about 4-5cm in front of the bottle label, which is throwing me a bit.
