im assuming this photo was taken on a car window or something? its a cool effect but looks like the focus is barely on his back eye. ideally you want to get both eyes in focus but if you can only focus on one eye it should almost always be the front eye. not a huge fan of the dutch angle as well i think if you straightened the photo so the subject was aligned up/down then the car window effect might be a little more effective. i do like the effect around the edges of the the frame and the building but the focus fall off on his face is less than ideal. great idea tho!
