I was shopping and I came across this very cool and very cheap 'spartan' helmet in a $2 store and I really liked the shape of it. I thought the light hitting it would create some very interesting surfaces.

A bit of cutting, sanding and a respray from the original awful silver colour to a satin black and voila!

I'm located in Australia and we had this visiting American actress who just starred as the villain's henchwoman in the latest Shia Labouf movie called The Tax Collector. Cheyenne Rae Hernandez seriously kicks some butt and blows shit up in that movie.

Lighting consisted of 2 grided stripboxs set up on each side and behind her

The key light was a grided 1.2m parabolic softbox
