This was an Italian chef in Miami that calls himself 'The Fish guy'. He hired me to photograph his restaurant and new menu. I saw on the walls, old black and white images of chefs and asked him about them. He told me he came from a long line of Italian chefs and those were some of them: his grandfather, his uncle. I decided in my mind to create one such image of him he could put in the family heirloom. The room was dark, I used 2 strobes and crosslit the chef, and edited in black and white. He loved it .
