This image was made for a university project - combining flash and continuous lighting. The red ring light is a bicycle light fixed to a bicycle wheel that is spinning behind the dessert. 2 flash units, strip box on the left and a grid on the right. The dessert was glazed and finished while the images were being taken, and the support was removed in photoshop making the dessert appear to be floating.
