This was taken during a road trip along the California coast. We had been hoping to get epic landscapes but the fog made that impossible so I tried to make the best of it. With that, I really like the way the shadows create shapes and contrast between what's lit and unlit.

Lovely image. I like the mood/mystery and balance of the image. The branches on the right balances the image out perfectly. Love the depth and composition.
Thank you, it was difficult to find a balance and fortunately the drift wood really helped.
