My first shoe/sneeker photo test.
Shoe shoelaces was hanging on wiresand i put some water on it. I also change the shoe fabric in photoshop, picture is from my home town Porvoo Finland.

I don't really understand why you would replace the original material with a photo of your hometown, that's so odd. I would prefer to see a version of it like it is in real life.
