Three lights through a diffusion frame: One with a standard dish from behind, one with a snoot from the left and one with a snoot from front right. There was an additional light with a fresnel from the left without diffusion creating the shine behind the watch. Two small silver reflectors from the front, one above the lens and one left of it.
