Sony a6600 with a Sony 70-350 mm.
The giant hummingbird, the biggest of its kind only found in the Colca Valley in Perú. The photo was taken in the early morning which is when they go out te eat. The flower is a "Cantua buxifolia", the National flower of Perú and a favourite of the Giant Hummingbird. I didn't use any "bait" I just sat down and waited for one to feed from this flower.
