A beautiful summers evening on the way to watch the sunset at Elgol, we stopped off at this lovely lone tree. There's a few paths in the area which lead up towards the Cuillin mountain range behind. This one in particular provided a lovely leading line up towards the tree.
This is a bracketed exposure HDR shot, +/- 1.5 stops due to the bright sun giving a high contrast scene. Luckily there was still some heather blooming to get the Scotting pink/purple!
