Straight out of camera, no blur added. Shot hand held the old school way at The Snake on Mulholland Hwy in the Malibu Canyons. I think it was at about 1/30th of a second. Canon 6D. This shot was the best one out of at least 75 not so good ones:)

Great capture and excellent panning.
Thank you William, It was quite literally 1 out of probably 75 shots where I managed to get the entire scene super crisp and in focus.
Would love to see this with some color grading
