This is a portrait of fellow photographer that I took at Imaging USA. I used an xplor200 on full power that was pointed at a very large white wall. This created a nice soft light.

I like this. Not sure if I can make up my mind if this would look better in B&W or if it would look like you were trying too hard. I love B&W but I think you made the right call. Well executed photo
