I created a series of photos inspired by the film midsomar.I call my project Gaia.Powerfull women with a sweet romantic side but don't be fooled they are sirens ready to steal your life.I shot in a small studio with a single big octa on a White background that a later replaced in Photoshop.I used my beloved old but unbeatable phase one iq 180 df+ body a Schneider 80mm ls silver ring.Editing was basic contrast in capture one pro skin marks removal in Photoshop and as little frequency separation as i could do with

I'm not sure why but something about her right arm and hand is invoking that 'uncanny valley' feeling. I can't decide if it's too in focus or at a weird angle but it draws my attention more than anything else.
I think it just looks to big...i wish i had a bigger studio available shooting with a longer lens would do the trick i believe
