I've always been heavily influenced by renaissance paintings, and often use them as inspiration when taking portraits.
Here is my friend Pamela, who also loves classical art.
This was lit using continuious lights, with the key being a large (2m x 2m) scrim. I think there was then a white Vflat to reduce the shadows, and i may have also bounced a light to further reduce shadows.
It was shot with a fuji XT3 on a 56 1.2 lens.
Post production was minimal - basic skin cleaning and colour grade in PS.
