No flash used, the only lighting used for the shot was the two lightsabers she had as props.
Edited in photoshop, I did a frequency separation, and created dodge and burn curve layers.
Selectively used Gaussian blur on the low frequency layer
Dodged and burned to give extra dimension to the face
Clone stamp to sharpen some lines out.
