Canon 5D III at 1/320 2.8 iso 500 with a 24-70 2.8 Canon lens. Shot during a location scout for a shoot the next day. When we got to the barn the sun was setting and pouring through the rear of the barn. No Photoshop just adjusted in Capture One. This was a spray and pray situation because of the horses. The light on her face is from the brim of her hat acting as a bounce from the sunset.

Can you get rid of the water tub on the right in PS?
I could but less perfect is more real to me that makes it more perfect if that is even a thing.
I get that. Totally understand.
I agree, leave it. My favorite portrait in the group so far, Thanks for sharing!
Love it! I likely would have added a bit more light to the person just to make her glow a bit. Other than that, love the dramatic lighting to make this portrait stand out very well.
love this, full of atmosphere and an element of drama. You don't get light like this often and you have grabbed a great opportunity.
As someone who rides and also loves rodeo sports etc... I absolutely love this photo!!! love the lighting and everything just screams cowgirl and rodeo!!! 5 stars!!
I LOVE the story this composition tells!
Thanks.
