This is a stunning image, I do think the background and their skintone may be too similar? My only other nitpick is it looks like the skintone/blemishes have been airbrushed a bit too much? Like the noise and skin texture looks so uniform it's a bit uncanny valley, but that's me pixel peeping.
I'm fine with the headroom, I think I just wish that her eyes were a little closer to center or maybe just above. I see what Jonah Lorsung is saying about the backdrop color, but I actually like the similarity.
