Portraits/Expressions

This image was captured in my studio with two twin sisters who form the music group Vale Musica. They're originally from Colombia but currently reside in Miami. It was captured on an R5 Canon Camera with an Ultra Sonic EF Wide angle lens 10-22mm. For lights, I used 1x Godox 600 Studio Light on a 40-inch Octagon Softbox. For my black-and-white images, I let my subjects sit behind a table with a black tablecloth. I call this my horizon because the black cloth creates contrast if the subjects lean forward which gives the viewer a sharper focus of my subjects. The black tablecloth also adds a Ying and Yang feeling of balance to the image.
