This was shot on a a Mamiya 645II with a Leaf Aptus digital back when I was in school for photography. It is a Profoto Stobe and a large beauty dish directly in front of the model very close up to bring out the skin texture and create the dramatic fall off. A hair light with a grid was behind the model just to add a little rim light. No fill light was used.
