Set up: Key light was a strobe in a 7" reflector bowl with a grid and diffusion on it. Rim light was a speedlight in a small flashbender, with the diffusion panel, shaped to minimize spill. Backdrop was a wooden door.

Equipment: Canon 6D + Tamron 70-200mm G2 + Neewer speedlites.

The inspiration was an image of the bust of Nefertiti but with a Creole/Caribbean twist.
