This image was shot on Fuji X-T3 on 90mm at F2, or 135mm full frame equivalent. Shot at Four Seasons Dubai, late in the afternoon for more of the light to come through the window, so there was more directional light, which was softened by white curtain sheers.

If you had something for a hair light I think that would have been excellent. Regardless though this is a lovely natural light portrait, love it!
