This frame is a real DIY) we made it with my friend in my bathroom - we poured water and half a can of glitter.
For the front magenta light, the Yongnuo YN 360 II rgb lamp was used, and for the accent blue color, we put a small flashlight in a plastic bottle (so that it would not get wet from water).
We didn't use expensive equipment or a studio, but I think the portrait turned out to be very beautiful
