I was recently at the Minneapolis Airport on a layover and I came across this classy gentleman is his 90s working at a shoe shine booth. I struck up a conversation with him and learned he is a WWII veteran who served in the U.S. Army in Europe under General Patton. He was kind enough to allow me to take his portrait.

I shot this on a Nikon Z7II with a Nikon 24mm-70mm lens with a Polar Pro Mist filter. Camera settings were 51mm f2.8 ISO 800 exposure 1/30.
