This images was taken with a Nikon Z6II / Nikkor Z 85mm 1.2 S. It's natural light. The model and I got together to test out my new lens. The 85 1.2 S. I absolutely love that lens. The retouching is similar to Dani Diamonds workflow but with my own twist.

Beautiful image beautiful Boka
Superb capture! nice use of the rule of Thirds and Leading Lines. Great aperture choice as well. Dani would be proud of the editing! If I may suggest the slight improvements possible IMO - softer hands/fingers falling away (off the railing) from the camera would also help with the foreshortening occurring. Slight Liquify of the stomach area. A bit more of head tilted back and lips parted would have created somewhat more emotion and alluring look. Still love it though, great job!
