A photo of a friend. Not to recent, a fellow photographer and friend on tour in Amsterdam. In the picture I use his 70-200 Nikkor f2.8 lens. Shot at 180 at f2.8 in de middle of Amsterdam at the canals we were making pictures of. I can see in his eyes he wants to move on en make pictures of the canals and other beautiful architecture of Amsterdam. But I'm glad that I didn't miss this shot, because it's such a good memory of that glorious day.

When I first saw this picture, I was immediately drawn to his eyes. It felt like there was something behind them, and not just a casual pose for a random picture. I’m glad you gave the backstory behind the expression. Great capture.
