I'm approaching this image from admittedly not a professional portrait photographer, so take it with a grain of salt. Her expression, color, and lighting all look great to me. Maybe just a couple minor hot spots on forehead and nose, but nothing really objectionable.
The issue I have with the photo is the jacket and right arm as it crosses in front of her. Honestly, the jacket looks a little like she slept in it. And the views looking up the sleeve next to her hand, and in between the lapel above the button, are distracting. Her fingers are so straight and rigid looking.
So I wonder if her right arm were tucked in just a bit closer to her body with her fingers slightly curled, if that would solve all three problems? Maybe, maybe not... need to call in an expert. Might also help to see a little of her other hand. Lastly, since the opening of the sleeve is sharply focused, I wish the fingers were too... especially with such beautiful long fingernails that deserve detail, since you've chosen to include her hand in the photo.
