On a trip to DC I ventured out early in the morning to get a shot of the Lincoln Memorial wanting the lights on and no tourists in the shot I knew I had to take this during the blue hour ahead of sunrise on a week day. Thankfully I was able to get this shot just before a large group of runners sat on the steps for sunrise. Shot on my Panasonic Lumix S1R with the Lumix 20-60 taken at 33mm, F8, ISO 100, for 4 seconds on a tripod. Minor basic edits boosting the exposure about half a stop along with the shadows, whites, and contrast. Added some texture, clarity and dehaze and straightened the verticals.
