2.44 - "Needs Work"

Ysios Winery (by Santiago Calatrava in Álava, Spain). I loved how the architecture beautifully blends in with the mountains in the background, and wanted to showcase that in the photo. The light reflecting in the aluminum roof gives the photo (and the building itself) a lot of depth, a different kind of depth, that other materials couldn't achieve. The time of day this was shot on makes the colors really pop. I didn't want to shoot this later in the day because I didn't want the shadows to be super long and dramatic, this piece of architecture is extravagant enough and doesn't need much more in terms of lighting. (taken @ 18mm, FF equivalent: 28.8mm)

Could use a little bit of horizontal levelling, but nevertheless - great shot!
