Mount Rainier gets all of the attention but this angle brings in the more-distant volcano, Mount Baker, about 85 miles to the northeast of Seattle. The ferries are pretty regular so I waited for it to pass under the famous Space Needle just as the sky turned a wonderful pink and magenta. Post-processing removed the top of a tree protruding into the frame at the bottom left. The E below the Space Needle is the Edgewater hotel where the Beatles opened their room's window and cast fishing hooks out into Elliot Bay below.
