At the Art Museum in Raleigh, NC. A7rIV and Canon 17mm tilt shift, slightly tilted up. I've always had this scene in mind and finally shot it this year. Several elements of my fascination come together in this image. I'm a sucker for a wooden bridge, the dry brown winter grass takes me back to a scene from Bourne Identity, the square structure in the center has an abandoned tone, the bare trees are soulless, and the cloudy sky is hopeless. The cloudy sky was a deliberate choice, particularly for this scene.
