2 - "Needs Work"

I took this photo during the February 2019 Polar Vortex in Chicago, Illinois. Temperatures were -30 degrees F with wind chills hoovering in the -60 degrees F. I braved the cold and took a series of pictures to document the event. I used a tripod and a Sony A7III with a 24-105G lens. The photo is a single capture. Settings were F11 6 sec. ISO 320 at 38mm. Processing was minimal (Recovering Shadows, white balance, white point, color curve, etc.)
