This image is shot at crematorium hofheide located in Belgium. As it is a crematorium it is a space for introspection, a place for quiet moments. This is what I tried to capture in this photograph
The streaks of light on the facade only appear for a small window of 5 minutes every morning. This is what I discovered by visiting the place multiple times when I lived there (the building is integrated in a beautiful nature walk, so it is publicly accessible). After a couple of tries, I managed to arrive there on time to set up the camera, and have the perfect person walk through my frame at the right moment.
