This was taken during sunset in Atlanta last January. I used a Canon 6D with a Canon 24mm tilt shift lens. First I adjusted in Lightroom, then blended 3 bracketed shots in Photoshop. Unfortunately a few weeks later, protesters would smash the glass doors and windows and set fires (the protest had nothing to do with this building). I had tried to get the shot a little earlier in the evening, but a car broke down in the street right in front of me just as I was about to take the photo. I'm glad I was able to return a little later to get the shot (and before it was vandalized).
