2.67 - "Solid"

As my hands grazed against the City Palace in Jaipur (India) I couldn't help but feel the energy of times past -- the many people who walked here before me, the history of it all and the whispers of secrets. There aren't many places that "feel" like India feels. If I'm being honest, there aren't many places quite like India. The hustle and bustle is constant. The noise is constant. It's a rarity to find quiet, to find a moment of reflection. When I stumbled across this person -- sitting quietly and taking it all in -- I had to capture it. A rare moment of stillness in a seemingly chaotic place. Shot on Sony a7R V w/ 24-70mm f/2.8 GM ll
