Encounter restaurant at LAX International Airport. Going for a Robert McCall 2001 Space Odyssey feel. I like that it takes a moment to figure out what exactly you're looking at, and how the people inside give it scale and show its functionality. I edited the sky to the point where stars were visible and to create depth. The architectural lines and curves are poetic and transports us to another time and place. I shot this with my first camera, a Canon 60D, 40mm (f2.8) pancake lens when I was first getting into photography (2013) with available light, one exposure.
