Architecture Photography

This photo was captured while out shooting for the landscaping & pool companies who worked on the exterior of this residential property located in southern Ontario. While the primary subject was the pool and stone jacuzzi on the property, a few "quick shots" of the various landscaping elements were also requested. The photo was captured from a tripod on a 24-70mm lens, using exposure bracketing to ensure detail was captured in the sky as well as the darker areas of the image. As it was nearing sunset, the lighting was ideal and only minor exposure blending for the sky was needed in post. The shoot for this client consisted of only two hours on site on a single visit (with over 50 deliverable photos requested), so given the circumstances I was happy with how the final shot turned out for this one.
