Captured using a Canon 5D camera and a Tamron 28-75mm 2.8 Lens, within a DiCAPac Ziploc camera bag. This photograph is entirely done on camera, taken in a single shot. Only editing done was color grading in adobe lightroom.

If you're wondering why it might appear a bit off, using a ziploc bag with a flat lens attachment caused refraction underwater, which is a natural phenomenon.
