I visited the US/Mexico border wall in Yuma, AZ and thought this was a fascinating study in contrast: color, size, position, and technology vs. nature. This was located on the Mexican side (but still in the US), not far from a large opening in the wall where passports and IDs were strewn about. Last chance to take a leak before border patrol.
