I hiked up a small sand dune on some BLM land, whilst waiting for the sun to come back out and light my foreground against stormy skies. While I waited, I watched the wind whip the sand around while it quickly worked to erase my footsteps. I liked the soft patterns the wind had created in the sand. The photo looks like it was shot with a drone, but really I was only about 4 feet off the ground.
