This picture is entitled “A visit to Venice in the future”.
I have put it together from three pictures.
The first picture is the frame with the platform. The original picture is the staircase in the Berlin Kinemathek. I removed the staircase and left only the surrounding staircase building made of glass blocks. I faded out the glass blocks and placed a Venice motif behind them as the next image. I took the photographer out of a third picture and placed her on the platform so that it looks as if she is photographing the city from a flying object (my fiction: Venice will be totally overrun by tourists and a visit will no longer be possible in the future).
I processed the images with filters from the Nikfilter Collection and with Photoshop CC
