This is an ICM photo. Intentional camera movement. Nothing I am an expert at, but I like it. But considering the life span of an expensive camera, this takes a lot of shot`s to turn out acceptable. This one I think look like an aquarelle painting. Shot in our main street in Oslo Norway, Karl Johan street.
