This picture for me is a bit of both abstract and conceptual.
It was taken in Autumn it is just a crop (in camera) of a scene where a creek water flowed into a small fall, it was almost the end of the fall season but there were still some yellow leaves in the trees as the sun hit, their colours were reflected abstractly onto the water and it became just cold blue as it dropped into the waterfall symbolically representing the autumn falling into winter.
The surroundings weren’t appealing but the abstract conceptual portion became even a point to make, showing that many times you can get a beautiful meaningful photograph almost anywhere.
